New York Red Bulls II defeated New England Revolution II, 4-1 on Sunday, June 4 at MSU Soccer Park.

The home side opened the scoring in the fourth minute, as midfielder Ronald Donkor intercepted a pass from just outside the box, made a run to the end line, and sent a low ball into the box that was finished by forward Julian Hall. New England equalized three minutes later, as midfielder Jack Panayotou scored off a centering pass from midfielder Esmir Bajraktarevic.

Red Bulls II regained the lead in the 39th minute, as Hall sent in a cross that was placed into the back of the net by forward Oladayo Thomas. New York doubled the advantage in first half stoppage time. Midfielder Ibrahim Kasule cut off a New England pass and threaded a through ball to Donkor, who made a run into the box and struck a shot into the net. Red Bulls II scored their fourth of the match in the 71st minute on a goal from Kasule following a feed from defender Jayden Reid.

Hall, a Red Bulls Academy product, became the youngest goal scorer in Red Bulls II history at 15 years old. He also became the youngest in club history to record an assist. Kasule has recorded a goal in three consecutive matches. Forward Mohammed Sofo made his club debut in the match and logged 24 minutes.
