Defender Heath Pearce, who spent a year and a half with Metro, has finally found the new club. After a preseason trial, he signed with Montreal.

Pearce was released by Metro into the Re-Entry draft, but no team picked him up, leaving him a free agent. After a steady 2012, he decided to end his 2013 prematurely in order to have surgery.

Pearce is an avid collector of vintage clothing.
