According to reports out of Germany, RBNY has signed Romanian midfielder Andreas Ivan. The winger was on trial with the team in June and has supposedly canceled a trial with Hamburg in order to come to America.

Ivan, 23, has spent his entire career in Germany, with Stuttgarter Kickers, Rot-Weiss Essen, Wuppertaler, and Waldhof Mannheim. He has been capped on the youth level for both Germany and Romania.
