Metro playoff scenarios (2 games left)

So, that didn't go to well, did it? Nevertheless, the East regular season title is right here for Metro's taking. All teams have two games left, and Metro has a five point lead on Toronto, and a six point lead on DC Scum. So, to clinch the East this weekend, Metro needs either of the following scenarios:
A win over Philly
A tie AND a Toronto loss or tie
A DC loss or tie AND a Toronto loss or tie
As for the Shield... let's see if that's in conversation for next week.
