Another lame rumor: Pablo Osvaldo
May 22, 2015

Italian international striker Pablo Osvaldo could be New York-bound, reports Argentina's Ole. The Argentine-born forward is currently with Boca Juniors, on loan from Southampton.

Osvaldo, 29, has been with Southampton from 2013, but spent most of his time on loan, to Juventus, Inter, and Boca. He started his career with Huracan, and also played for Atalanta, Lecce, Fiorentina, Bologna, Espanyol, and Roma. He has scored four goals in 14 caps for Italy, his last appearance coming in March of 2014.

When at Southampton, Osvaldo was suspended for punching a teammate, as well as for a sideline altercation. He was also kicked off the Italian national team for insulting a manager.

Update: Jesse Marsch denied the rumor. Of course.
