According to L'Equipe, RBNY is in "advanced negotiations" with Ronald Zubar. The central defender is currently with Ajaccio in France's Ligue 2. He is out of contract at the conclusion of the season.

Zubar is a former French youth international, and has also been capped for their non-FIFA-affiliated overseas department of Guadeloupe. He has played for Caen, Marseille, and Wolverhampton.
